Dear Church family,
In Psalm 27 David teaches us the secret of living in confident peace.
He reflects on being fearless in the face of an invading army.
His secret is to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord.
If our hearts delight in God and His face then we can contemplate losing earthly joys without fear.
If our fellowship with the father is safe what can we be afraid of?
The promise of Habakkuk in difficult times holds true for today “the righteous shall live by his faith. “
1Peter 5:7 Encourages us “to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us”
Having done this let us wait for the Lord with a confident expectation that we will see his goodness in our time “in the land of the living”.
Be strong and let your heart take courage as you face the future with faith and not fear.
